Description: Based on the African tale: Beegie and the egg.; Pacific Film Archive collection; non-circulating. CBPF.; "Imani" is an African word which means "faith." In this tale, Beegie dreams that her father leaves her an inheritance of a magic egg which he tells her she must take out to a tree and sing to each day at dusk.
