Juvenile? Red-Tailed Hawk Just Chillin’

This red-tailed hawk was just chillin on the bridge along my daily walk at sunset. I’m guessing it was a juvenile because it didn’t mind me walking right past it on the sidewalk. It didn’t appear to be injured or otherwise stressed.
