Description: Hollis Figg is an accountant at Dalton City Hall in Dalton, Georgia. When he finds discrepancies in a road works budget, they promote him to the "third floor" They distract him with a new Cadillac and a sexy assistant. Figg manages to avoid arrest by disguising himself as the mourning mother of the suddenly dead Mr. Spaulding.
