Description: Medical student Hirosuke (Teruo Yoshida) is trapped in an asylum, despite being perfectly sane. He is framed for the murder of a circus girl, and is framed by a recently deceased man, Genzaburo Komoda. He assumes the dead man's identity, fooling everyone, including Komoda's widow and mistress. Whilst on the island he discovers the truth behind his own identity.
