Description: Short 30 second ad produced for the United States Postal Service reminding people to mail early, with characters "Ghosts of Christmas Cards and Christmas presents yet to come" and based on Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol. I had thought the actor was Tim Conway, but I think it's more likely to just be a lookalike. From what I could make out the date code on the film appeared to be 1976. Couldn't find any information regarding this ad. As expected, this film was quite faded. Did a number of corrections to enhance the quality.

Think of the joy you'll bring to your nephew Courtney when he receives that indestructible toy truck in time for Christmas. >> Knowing Courtney MAY LAST THE WHOLE WEEK. >> REMEMBER, WALTER, mail early. >> I'll do it. >> Nothing means more to all your friends and relatives than being remembered at Christmas. So mail early. Packages by December 10th and cards by December 17th.
