Flip the Frog in 'Fiddlesticks' (1930) Ub Iwerks Cartoon | 16mm Film Scan

Description: The first color sound cartoon, Flip the Frog in 'Fiddlesticks' as produced by Ub Iwerks. Cartoon features Flip going through a musical jaunt until meeting up with a mouse that looks to be a mix between Mickey & Milton Mouse, and this was produced just after Iwerks left Disney. Scanned from a 1970s Blackhawk Films re-release, unfortunately it was on extremely red-faded Eastmancolor, nor was it particularly sharp. Combine that with the unstable nature of the original two-color 'British Multicolor' process, what I could recover wasn't really all that great. Had hoped for better, but oh well!
