Description: Frank Morris (Clint Eastwood) arrives at maximum security prison Alcatraz in January 1960. Morris makes acquaintances with the eccentric Litmus, a black inmate serving two life sentences for killing two white men in self-defense. Morris, the Anglins and Butts plan to escape the prison in June 1962. The escape is discovered the following morning, a massive manhunt ensues, despite no bodies being found.
