Animated film produced to inspire investment in American education systems at all levels. With modernist animation styles consistent with children's television programming of the 1960s, in this film the blocky and whimsical animations express ideas about wealth creation, innovation, and population growth, demographic change and economic growth. The production's depictions of cities, schools, colleges and universities are all stylized and whimsically warped in the way that animation can defamiliarize what may otherwise be overly familiar scenes, as a technique to foreground new ideas.
