Carnival in Quebec

Travel back to the mid-20th century in this quaint and amusing record of Québec City's spectacular winter carnival. We are treated to the city's "charm and elegance" as we examine the carnival's snow sculptures, pageants, parades, sporting events, torchlight parades, folk dances and fireworks.
