The administration has interfered with law enforcement on campus. The specific nature of this interference is very difficult to delineate in many cases, in some cases it is not difficult in many other cases it is difficult because of the long traditional authoritarian type of system which has been maintained at Iowa State which makes it a relatively simple thing to have many situations dealt with, in ways which are totally conducive to the administration's desires at the time when this country had they have the money and it's a good foreign market and we don't lose by but he said we have to I think I believe provide some balance balance in this country and balance in this state of ours we have set that sort of as a goal during the last few years we have appreciated the fact that we don't want smokestacks cropping up all over our countryside and yet we realize that jobs are extremely important and that we must have industry and we must have growth we think the two can work together what do you think of the grain deal well I really have mixed emotions I believe in better in relations between countries but I really don't want to pay higher prices here for my food to feed my family well I think it's a good idea that we bring up the the prices come up on grain if whoever can give us the best price on it I guess I think its a good idea for us to have international cooperation and build some bridges for peace well I do from what I've read in the newspapers because if our Iowa farmers are doing as well as we read about and their crops are going to continue to be good why don't we sell it to Russia what do you think of the grain deal I think that it's an attempt by the government to sell the US citizens short it's gonna rain raise prices and I don't think they should be selling it to the Russians when they could sell it right here in this country when you were living in the home was it easy to keep it heated and was it how was it during the summertime coming in hm how long have you noticed that (inaudible) this house that house been (inaudible)
