Ok - we're back into the cache of WTRF Wheeling, West Virginia commercials. I scanned a core on Saturday (11/18) and the next twelve are 1967/1968 public service announcements and recruiting.
Something I'm trying as well - I found a new. inexpensive automated transcription service so we'll have text for the commercials from now on. I have to go back and edit them but it's better than me having to do the whole thing. I'm not looking at doing captions at this time.
