Eine Gruppe von Jugendlichen baut sich auf dem Autoschrottplatz an der Neubiberger Straße in München-Perlach aus alten Kfz-Teilen ein fahrtüchtiges Vehikel zusammen, wobei Sie vom Inhaber des Schrottplatzes (Gustl Bayrhammer) und dessen Helfer (Jochen Richter) angeleitet und unterstützt werden. Ganz nebenbei erhalten die Jungen und Mädchen interessante Informationen aus verschiedenen Ausbildungsberufen, die ihnen mit einem Hauptschulabschluss offen stehen. A group of young people assemble a roadworthy vehicle from old car parts at the car scrapyard on Neubiberger Straße in Munich-Perlach, where they are guided and supported by the owner of the scrapyard (Gustl Bayrhammer) and his helper (Jochen Richter).
