'Gott wird alles zum Guten wenden!' Dieses Wort wurde auch zum Wahlspruch Schulz-Kampfhenkels und seiner Begleiter, seiner Frau und der Abiturientin Uta aus Köln. Und er konnte ihn brauchen, diesen Wahlspruch, auf seiner abenteuerlichen Afrika-Reise, die er nicht nur als Geograph und Zoologe auf der Suche nach seltenen Tieren unternahm, sondern auf der Suche nach den Menschen Afrikas. Die Araberstämme der westlichen Sahara, ihr Alltag, ihre Bräuche und Geheimnisse entdeckt Schulz-Kampfhenkel und trotz des strengen Fotografierverbotes gelingen ihm sogar Aufnahmen in der heiligen Stadt Benin. Die harten Lebensbedingungen unter der grellen Sonne Afrikas, der Zauber der fremden Welt - u.a. liefen dem vielseitigen Film-Initiator Wüstenfüchse bei 47 °C im Schatten vor die Kamera - von all dem berichtet dieser Film. In seinem 5. Kapitel trägt das Flugzeug die Filmcrew nach EI Golea, der von artesischen Brunnen gespeisten Oase inmitten der Wüste. Dort lernen sie das Oasen-Mädchen Fatma kennen und erleben die Feiern zum Ramadan-Fest. 'Allah Kerihm!' says the Muslim when it comes to a new beginning. 'God will turn everything to good! In its 5th chapter, the plane carries the film crew to EI Golea, an oasis in the middle of the desert fed by artesian wells. There they meet the oasis girl Fatma and experience the Ramadan celebrations.
