This collie is played by Pal, the famous 'Lassie', who was then owned and trained by Rudd Weatherwax. What makes this film so important? It is the very first acting appearance of Tommy Rettig along side of Lassie/Pal filmed even before the two pilot films of 'Jeff's Collie'. The sound of this 16mm film is bad because it is on shrinked acetat material.
