Der kommentierte Realfilm befasst sich mit den für Radfahrer wichtigen Bestimmungen für das Verhalten im fließenden Verkehr und gibt Hinweise auf verkehrsgerechtes Benutzen von Radweg und Fahrbahn. Radweg: Benutzungszwang, Einhalten der vorgeschriebenen Fahrtrichtung, Doppelbenutzung, Anhängerverwendung, Überholen und Nebeneinanderfahren. Fahrbahn: Benutzungserlaubnis, Rechtsfahrgebot, Ausfahren von Parklücken, Beibehalten und Ändern der Fahrspur, Fahrtechnik an Kuppen und Kurven, Anhalten und Anfahren entgegen der Fahrtrichtung, Einordnen (Ausnahme vom Rechtsfahrgebot).

This narrated documentary film covers the rules of conduct in moving traffic that are important for cyclists and provides guidance on how to use bike paths and roadways in accordance with traffic regulations. Bike paths: mandatory use, observing the required direction of travel, shared use, use of trailers, passing, and riding side-by-side. Roadway: Permission to use, requirement to ride on the right, pulling out of parking spaces, maintaining and changing lanes, riding technique on hills and curves, stopping and starting against the direction of traffic, merging (exception to the requirement to ride on the right).
