Buch und Regie: Georg Stingl
Kamera: Paco Joan
The documentary film presents Pauline von Mallinckrodt and the Congregation of the Sisters of Christian Charity that she founded: the social and charitable commitment that responded to the needs in the wake of the industrial revolution; the resulting tasks of the Congregation, which is still involved in education, work with the disabled and pastoral care today; the social and political conflicts in the 19th century, the disputes between church and state (Kulturkampf) that Mother Pauline had to deal with throughout her life.
