Der dritte Fall beschreibt Stationen eines 18-jährigen Mädchens vom 15. Lebensjahr an bis zur Eingliederung in die Fürsorgeerziehung. Nach Kaufhausdiebstählen, Verbindung zu Rockern und zur Prostitution geht Regina keiner geregelten Tätigkeit mehr nach. Als Gründe für dieses abweichende Verhalten nennt sie die Reduktion der Mutter-Tochter-Beziehung und die Mutter als Leitbild für ihre Männerbekanntschaften. Hinzu kommt eine gestörte Familienkonstellation mit allen daraus resultierenden negativen Momenten. Den Abschluss des Films bildet eine Sozialprognose der Heimleiterin mit Stellungnahmen und Ausblicken auf die Zukunft des Mädchens. The third case describes the stages of an 18-year-old girl's life from the age of 15 until she is taken into care. After stealing from department stores, associating with rockers and engaging in prostitution, Regina no longer pursues a regular activity. She cites the reduction of the mother-daughter relationship and her mother as a role model for her male acquaintances as reasons for this deviant behavior. Added to this is a dysfunctional family constellation with all the resulting negative moments.
