Der Film 'Legasthenie - kein Grund zur Resignation' gibt einen Einblick in die Symptome, Diagnose und Therapie der Legasthenie. Geschildert wird die Situation des leserechtschreibschwachen Kindes in der Schule und zu Hause; es werden Ausschnitte aus einer Diagnoseerhebung gezeigt (psycholinguistischer Entwicklungstest), gefolgt von einer Lehrerberatung, die in mögliche Therapieansätze einmündet: Musikmalen, Konzentrationstraining, Lautunterscheidungstraining, Phonomimik und Silbenklatschen, Sprachgedächtnistraining. Abschließend werden Ausschnitte aus einem Elterngesprächskreis gezeigt.
The film 'Dyslexia - no reason for resignation' provides an insight into the symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of dyslexia. It describes the situation of a child with dyslexia at school and at home; excerpts from a diagnostic survey (psycholinguistic development test) are shown, followed by a teacher consultation that leads to possible therapeutic approaches: Music painting, concentration training, sound discrimination training, phonomimic and syllable clapping, language memory training. Finally, excerpts from a parent discussion group are shown.
