16mm Film - Kinder haben keine Bremse! - BRD 1979
Buch und Regie: Hans-Dieter Barth
Kamera: Herbert Umbrecht
Musik: Raymond Guiot
Based on the fact that children assess and judge traffic situations differently and act accordingly differently than adults, the film aims to use typical traffic situations to illustrate to drivers how vulnerable children are in road traffic. The film appeals to adults to observe children's behavior in traffic more closely and helps them to understand the reasons behind it. It makes clear the degree of responsibility and empathy required to reduce the danger to children in traffic.
