The first shots show an obscure, menacing-looking man waiting outside the main entrance to an elementary school. When Peter comes running out after school, he is approached by the man. The 'good uncle' succeeds in getting Peter so excited about his alleged collection of model airplanes that he decides to go with him. They get into the car and drive off. On the way, Peter begins to suspect something bad; he wants to go home, but the man doesn't respond. Fortunately, school crossing guards had noted the car number and observed Peter getting into the car. By chance, Peter's teacher finds out about the incident. The police are informed immediately and, as the car number is known, they set off on a determined search. Just as Peter's attempt to escape fails again, the police arrive at the abandoned property where the perpetrator is holding the boy and free him.
