Anne has fallen in love with Tom. But she has never "properly" kissed a boy. Her classmates, especially Benedikte, who is also interested in Tom, seem to already have more experience. When Tom makes it clear that he likes Anne, she resolves to kiss Tom. But every time an opportunity presents itself, her courage fails her. At a school party, Benedikte is chosen as "Spring Queen." Proudly she leads the procession. But Anne seizes her chance: she pulls Tom into a side corridor and kisses him persistently, just at the moment when Benedikte passes by not far away. Finally Anne has her first kiss — and at the same time has put her rival out of the running.
