Description: 16mm Film - A Rainy Day Story - USA 1972 Written and directed by: Leonard "Len" Schneider Cinematography by: Bob Gardner Music by: N. N. Starring: Paul Miles Schneider, John March Schneider, Jo Anna March et al. Actor, cameraman, director and painter Leonard Schneider worked for Centron Corporation for many years. However, in the 1970s, Schneider formed his own film production company called Phoenix Productions and created amongst others the film 'A Rainy Day Story'. This short film shows how Paul, assigned to write a creative story, uses his imagination on familiar things and people around him. It is almost a ' how-to-do-it' film, dramatizing the step-by-step procedure an elementary student can use to conceive his own, original stories that are creative and imaginative and it illustrates how a youngster can rediscover the familiar people, objects or elements in his creative thinking.
